Old Barn metal print by Karen Harrison Brown.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Welcome to my website! I have always had an interest in photography, however, it has just been over the last several years that I have been striving to capture the "artistic stance" of my subjects. Landscapes, flowers, and the numerous other wonders of nature are the things that I enjoy focusing on the most. Now that I have retired from the elementary classroom (31 years), I am excited about pursuing my photography adventures. My husband, best friend, and mentor, Jeffrey Brown, has had an immense influence in my life and my photography. His encouragement, suggestions, and critiques (good and bad) have been very beneficial when I am working with my pictures. His words of wisdom, "Be all you can be" push me to see outside...
