About Karen Harrison Brown
Welcome to my website! I have always had an interest in photography, however, it has just been over the last several years that I have been striving to capture the "artistic stance" of my subjects. Landscapes, flowers, and the numerous other wonders of nature are the things that I enjoy focusing on the most. Now that I have retired from the elementary classroom (31 years), I am excited about pursuing my photography adventures. My husband, best friend, and mentor, Jeffrey Brown, has had an immense influence in my life and my photography. One of my favorite florals, Karen, and you have done a fantastic job in the display of this beauty! Pick one of the florets, then put your thumb one one side and you pointer finger on other side opposite your thumb, and squeeze gently, as when you do, the "dragon" opens its mouth and has a message for us! Love the Yellow floral stalk and the droplets make for a nice, new dimension! This "MOVEMENT," makes the floral outstanding!
