This old wrecking ball was left near a building that has been abandoned. It has been many years since this device has seen any action. There is a metal stand that supports this wrecking ball. This is more or less a landmark in this historic town of Petersburg, Virginia.

Welcome to my website! I have always had an interest in photography, however, it has just been over the last several years that I have been striving to capture the "artistic stance" of my subjects. Landscapes, flowers, and the numerous other wonders of nature are the things that I enjoy focusing on the most. Wow! This is such a cool photo. The thumbnail looks makes it look as though it is highly pixelated, but then when I see it enlarged, I am just amazed. The interaction between the leaf shadows and the bricks is wonderful!
